Proudly based in Orlando, FloGrown was shaped by experiences possible only in Florida—from morning surfs and afternoon fishing to evening campfires. Challenges & constraints

The development of FLOGROWN.com presented a range of technical and operational challenges that required careful planning and execution. As a high-traffic e-commerce brand with a large and loyal customer base, the project demanded a seamless migration from legacy systems, performance optimization for scalability, and a responsive design that aligned with the brand’s strong visual identity. Balancing aesthetics with functionality, all within a tight timeline and without disrupting ongoing sales, was a key focus throughout the development process.

The project was built using a robust WordPress and WooCommerce stack, integrated with custom APIs, advanced caching systems, and responsive front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.

 The full development cycle, including planning, design, migration, development, testing, and deployment, was completed within approximately 1–2 weeks to meet the brand’s upcoming promotional deadlines.

Challenges included migrating large amounts of legacy data without losing functionality, preserving SEO rankings, optimizing speed and performance under high traffic, and aligning the new UX/UI with the brand’s identity.
